23w3d pregnant with baby number two. last night i ran 3 miles and have been consistently running 3 miles, 3x a week since the 10k on july 4th, with a few longer runs thrown in. i'm trying my best to stay active despite it getting more and more difficult. a pretty bad bladder infection kept me from doing my third run last week, but i replaced it with a 9 mile bike ride, 30 pound "baby" strapped to the front of the bike. my legs are still sore from all the hills.

some family will be in town in a couple weekends and we're planning to do a 5k together followed by crabcakes and swimming. it's always nice to have something in the near future to work towards and keep motivated. i'm going to try to continue running 3 miles, 3x a week until i have to cut it back.
the weather has been absolute perfection, which has helped me get out with the baby for lots of walks, hikes, playgrounds, picnics, etc.
i woke up this morning and made a juice concoction consisting of collards, cucumber, squash, apples, watermelon, carrots, and ginger
